Packaging and Precautions for Polyaluminum Chloride
1. Packaging consists of an outer woven plastic bag lined with an inner plastic film bag; the net weight per bag is 25 kg. Packaging can also be customized according to user requirements. Liquid polyaluminum chloride is also available for sale.
2. This product must not be mixed, transported, or stored together with toxic substances. The product should be stored indoors in a dry, well-ventilated, and cool environment, and must be protected from moisture.
3. Handle with care during loading and unloading. The shelf life of the solid product is one year.

Storage
1. Store in a cool, well-ventilated warehouse.
2. Warehouse temperature should not exceed 37°C.
3. It should be stored separately from oxidizers and edible chemicals; mixed storage is strictly prohibited (refer to Section 10 for incompatible materials).
4. Keep containers tightly sealed.
5. Keep away from ignition sources and heat sources.
6. The warehouse must be equipped with lightning protection devices.
7. The exhaust ventilation system should be equipped with grounding devices to dissipate static electricity.
8. Use explosion-proof lighting and ventilation equipment.
9. Do not use equipment or tools that are liable to generate sparks.
10. The storage area should be equipped with emergency spill response equipment and suitable containment materials.

Transportation
1. Liquid polyaluminum chloride is the undried form of the product. It offers the advantages of requiring no dilution, being convenient to load and use, and having a relatively lower price. Its disadvantages include the necessity of using tank trucks for transport, which increases the unit transportation cost (as one ton of solid product is equivalent to 2–3 tons of liquid product); it is therefore best suited for users located within a radius of 100 kilometers.
2. Solid polyaluminum chloride is the dried form of the liquid product. It offers the advantage of convenient transportation, as it does not require tank trucks. Its disadvantage is that it requires dilution prior to use, which increases the labor intensity of the operation.
